Voices from the community

Stories from families & schools.

"I finally felt understood."

I've been to countless meetings, but Nourished helped me arrive as myself, not just as an advocate. The prompts helped me name what I'd been carrying for years.

Amina · SEND mum

"A steadier way to show up."

Rooted gave me small, grounded practices I could actually use on the school run and before meetings. It's changed how I show up for my son.

Chris · SEND dad

"Practical, calm and school-safe."

We use the guides across our pastoral team. They sit beautifully alongside our SEND and safeguarding work — never a replacement, always a support.
