No. The Parent Tree is a non-clinical, trauma-aware wellbeing service. It does not replace therapy, medical care, legal advice or emergency support.
+Who are the resources for?
SEND mums, dads, siblings, young carers, grandparents, wider family, and schools & pastoral teams supporting SEND families.
+How do I access my digital resources after purchase?
Once payment is enabled, your resources will appear in your Member Dashboard under 'My Library', with secure download links.
+Can I cancel The Parent Tree Circle at any time?
Yes. Cancel any time from your dashboard — no long-term commitment. Access continues until the end of your paid period.
+Do you offer school licensing?
Yes — three time-limited tiers (up to 10, 25 or 50 families). See 'For Schools' to enquire.
+How is my data handled?
